Terms & Conditions — Dental Veneers
Eligibility: Initial veneer consultation, diagnostic imaging (scans), and assessment are available to new patients only and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
Suitability Determination: The clinical suitability for dental veneers will be exclusively determined by the dentist. Patients must have adequate existing tooth structure, proper bite alignment, and healthy gums to proceed; not all patients may be suitable.
Treatment Plan: A final treatment plan, including the number of veneers and the type of material, will be confirmed only after the comprehensive assessment.
Irreversible Process: Patients acknowledge that certain dental veneer procedures often require the permanent removal or reduction of a small amount of natural tooth enamel. This process is irreversible.
Aesthetics: While every effort will be made to achieve desired aesthetic outcomes, the final colour, shape, and fit are subject to variations based on biological factors and material limitations.
Longevity: Veneers are durable but not permanent. They may require future replacement due to normal wear, fracture, chipping, or issues with the underlying tooth.
Payment Plans: Any available payment plans are subject to credit approval from third-party finance providers (e.g., TLC, Zip Pay, etc.). The dental practice makes no guarantee of approval.
Additional Fees: Additional fees may apply if preliminary treatments are required (e.g., gum contouring, periodontal treatment, root canal therapy) to ensure suitability for the veneers. These costs will be discussed and agreed upon before starting the veneer treatment.
Mandatory Maintenance: Patients are responsible for maintaining good oral hygiene and attending all scheduled recall and maintenance appointments (e.g., professional cleaning and check-ups) to ensure the longevity of the veneers.
Warranty: Any warranty offered on the veneers is conditional on the patient strictly adhering to the aftercare instructions provided by the dentist and attending all scheduled maintenance appointments. Damages resulting from trauma, neglect, or lack of maintenance are typically not covered.
